Every compliance route, NatHERS and H6V2 alike, assesses a design at the drawing stage. Neither measures the airtightness of the finished house, checks that the insulation went in as specified, or catches a product substituted after approval.
If performance matters to you, check the finished house. An insulation inspection at handover, and an airtightness (blower-door) test by a certified tester, take a few hours, and they tell you whether the house you paid for is the house that was modelled.
